Anatomy of a seasonal latte launch

A typical café commission, start to finish, in about three weeks.

  1. Taste & brief

We visit, taste the new drinks, photograph references and agree where the art will appear.

  2. Roughs

Pencil roughs of each drink in two layouts: a hero board and a set of matching spots.

  3. Color

A palette pulled from the ingredients — spice, citrus, matcha — applied across the set.

  4. Production

Board, sleeve, postcard and social files delivered, plus a short guide for staff posting them.

Working together

What to expect

  • A written quote with usage rights spelled out before any drawing starts.
  • Two rounds of revisions at the rough stage and one at final.
  • Layered source files and print-ready exports for every agreed placement.
  • Clear timelines — and we tell you early if anything moves.
